Emily Wildeman
Dancer
(she/her)
BIO
Emily started her dance journey at 2 years old in Lloydminster, Alberta. She trained in jazz, modern, lyrical, contemporary, hiphop, tap and ballet; being a well rounded dancer has always been very important to her. Her dedication and hard work showed in the results she achieved on stage and at competitions. She was also lucky enough to share her love of dance with other students that she was able to teach for her last few years at her home studio. Although she’s still pretty new to Vancouver, Emily has jumped into the dance world with both feet. She is currently training in the ITP dance program at Harbour Dance Centre under the direction of Moe Brody, which keeps her busy for 25 hours a week. Her favourite part of this training are the numerous teachers she gets to learn from and all the different styles and creativity that she is exposed to. A couple highlights since her move are performing at WE Day Vancouver, and dancing on the Netflix series “Julie and the Phantoms”. Emily is extremely passionate and puts her heart into everything she does. She’s very open and excited to take on every adventure and opportunity that come her way!
